The experience

Managing end-to-end production for Ferrero’s 3-day employee conference in the Liwa Desert, blending high-impact event logistics with memorable team experiences.

Our team directed full-spectrum event operations for the entire event, building custom conference structures, interactive team-building arenas, and evening hospitality spaces directly in the desert landscape. Every detail was planned to keep energy levels high throughout the days, integrating engaging group activities, thematic entertainment, and immersive brand touchpoints into the natural surroundings.
